MINDFULNESS FOR PARENTS AND TEENS

Support for families navigating stress or emotional overwhelm.

Teens today face pressure from every direction. Parents carry their own stress while trying to hold everything together. These sessions help families create calm, strengthen communication, and build emotional resilience.


We work privately with teens and young adults, offering a safe space to express feelings, learn awareness, and find confidence. Parents receive guidance in understanding their teen’s emotional landscape and supporting them with presence rather than pressure.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING

For those called to guide others.

Our Teacher Training Program is a deep, immersive experience for students who feel inspired to share mindfulness with others. You will receive personal instruction, learn to guide sessions with authenticity, and gain the confidence to lead individuals or groups.


This training blends spiritual guidance, practical skills, and hands-on experience with our teaching team.

Bringing mindfulness to Charlotte schools and communities.

Youth Meditation is a nonprofit founded by Guru Ranjit and Senior Instructor Angela Gala. The program teaches mindfulness and emotional awareness to children, teens, teachers, and families across Charlotte.


Through school partnerships, workshops, and community programs, we help young people build focus, confidence, and emotional resilience.
