Charlotte Meditation

Charlotte Meditation was founded by Guru Ranjit in 2004, with a simple goal of teaching meditation and mindfulness to as many people as possible. He brings 25 years of experience in teaching meditation, laughter yoga and corporate health and wellness programs.

Ranjit also founded Youth Meditation, a 501(c)(3) community outreach program, in 2014.

Charlotte Meditation has helped over 4000 students in both public and private schools in the Charlotte area learn how to be stress free and prevent anger and bullying while improving focus and academic success.

Ranjit learned meditation in India with the famous Guru Dhirendra Bhramchari who was also the teacher of Mrs. Indira Gandhi, former prime minister of India. He has been practicing meditation for over 40 years.

Ranjit specializes as a Corporate Wellness Consultant and is an expert in mind-body balance programs created specifically for the corporate environment. *

Our program is not based on any religion. There is NO humming or chanting. It is easy to learn and available to people of all ages, cultures and religions.
