Mindfulness meditation brings you to the here and now, helping you accept – and appreciate – the present moment, no matter what it is. You cannot be in the present – the only space and place that is real – if you are mired in the past or thinking about the future. Mindfulness is about being in the moment and tapping into its freedom. Once you do that, everything in your life unfolds with ease.

How it works

You’ll learn the fundamentals of meditation and develop your meditation practice, anchored in the state of mindfulness, which trains your attention to the present moment.

You’ll also work on breathing techniques and discuss fundamentals of sleep and nutrition, based on your personality tendency (or “dosha,” as known in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian holistic health science).

These tools and the experience you gain will empower you to meditate for the rest of your life, on your own.
