Guru Ranjit can help you manage the things in your life that are causing great pain. This program is a more intensive style of meditation that is powerful to use in conjunction with other treatment you’re receiving from professionals/physicians.

Our Five-Stage Healing Process

  • We help your emotional state evolve so that you can identify and release the very pain with which you struggle.

  • We then help you fill the void with love, strength and empowerment.

  • We teach you techniques to improve your sleep.

  • We teach you tools to release stress and refocus in any situation.

  • We help you work on breathing techniques and discuss fundamentals of relaxation and nutrition tendency (or “dosha,” as known in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian holistic health science).

In-Person 1:1 Classes

This is a 10-week Course

  • Presented in the comfortable and centrally located Charlotte Meditation center in Myers Park.

  • Personalized and private 1:1 instruction with Guru Ranjit with over 30 years of experience.

  • Each weekly session is 60 minutes, at your convenience (scheduled upfront after your initial conversation and can change weekly to accommodate your schedule).

  • Available any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday

Total for the 10-weeks: $1195.00
