Program Outline
This is an 8-week Course
•Presented in the comfortable and centrally located Charlotte Meditation Park Road Studio or online
•Personalized, 1:1 coaching with Guru Ranjit with over 30 years of experience
•Each weekly session is 60 minutes, at your convenience (scheduled upfront after your initial conversation and can change weekly to accommodate your schedule)
•Available any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday

Single sessions are options for people who have already completed one of our programs.
