Program Outline




This is an 8-week Course


•​Presented in the comfortable and centrally located Charlotte Meditation Park Road Studio or online

•​Personalized, 1:1 coaching with Guru Ranjit with over 30 years of experience

•​Each weekly session is 60 minutes, at your convenience (scheduled upfront after your initial conversation and can change weekly to accommodate your schedule)

•​Available any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
