Mindfulness Meditation:

The Meditation Course is designed to help you learn how to properly meditate. The absolute key to learning meditation is to practice by doing it, which is the core focus of this course.

Learn how to achieve work-life balance mindfully. In these sessions, Guru Ranjit will provide you with the program objectives and participation guidelines to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from the program, both inside and outside of our meditation studio.

The Program Outline

  • 8-week course
  • Each weekly session is 60 minutes in a one-on-one setting
  • Online, using SKYPE technology
  • Mondays-Fridays, 9-10AM or 6:30-7:30PM
  • Studio sessions $950 for 8 weeks, now reduced price of $425 online for 8 weeks
    (Pay in 2 installments: the first half due at registration with the remaining balance due after 3 weeks.)
