Are you apprehensive about meditation, or about things in general that you’re facing?
Do you find your mind wandering? If so, you’re not alone.

You’re here because you have a desire to start a meditation journey, and we hope that we become your chosen teachers and guides. This program kicks off your meditation journey towards self-discovery, awareness, and will provide you with a general shift in consciousness. This is our key fundamental program.

The 8-week LEARN TO MEDITATE program is right for you if…

  • you’re wanting to learn to meditate and not sure where to start
  • generally feel dissatisfied
  • feel isolated or uncomfortable in a current situation
  • feel poorly equipped at handling external conflict
  • are often fatigued, stressed, or feeling moody and you’re not sure why
  • feel unproductive and/or have trouble silencing your inner critic while trying to produce (at work, at home, etc.)
  • think your disconnected from your intuition
  • seek a true sense of purpose in your life
  • want to meet specific goals
  • Want to discover positive aspects of yourself

No matter which of the above you’re feeling (or if it’s a combination of one or all of them), in this program you will learn how to address every-day life through the art of meditation. And, if you are on this journey to become more self-aware and go through a process of self-discovery, we’ll be able to help you set an intention, which is something you’d like to begin manifesting. It could be as simple as waking up earlier or as complex as being more patient with your partner.

How It Works

You’ll learn the fundamentals of meditation and receive 1:1 private sessions with your Charlotte Meditation teacher. You will learn to develop your meditation practice, anchored in the state of mindfulness, which trains your attention to the present moment. You will be able to learn how to be still, become more balanced, and feel more whole. never end, but how you deal with those problems can transform!  We will help you work on breathing techniques and discuss fundamentals of sleep and nutrition, based on your personality tendency (or what we call your “dosha,” as known in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian holistic health science). These tools and the experience you will gain will truly empower you to meditate for the rest of your life, on your own. But, of course, we would love to have you come after your initial 8-weeks are over so that we can stay connected and work with you ongoing as you desire.

The Program Outline

As part of this 8-week program, you will receive:

  • Personalized and private 1:1 instruction at the Charlotte Meditation studio, client and teacher-only sessions.
  • Each weekly session is 60 minutes in length, at your convenience (scheduled upfront after your initial conversation and can change weekly to accommodate teacher/your schedule)
  • Course normally held any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
  • Presented in Charlotte Meditation studio. Chair available if sitting on floor is uncomfortable for you

Advance Registration is required.

Total for the 8-weeks: $950.00

You can pay in full or break into 2 payments. Half paid upon registration ($475), the the 2nd half ($475) will be charged the 3rd week after the initial payment.
