Meditation for Self Discovery

Doing is believing. That means after meditating for just four weeks, you will experience the personal peace and internal freedom that the practice creates. Meditation for Self Discovery draws from Mindfulness Meditation, so consider this a foundational program, but one that still yields tangible benefits.

How it works

With your teacher’s guidance, you’ll set an intention, something you’d like to begin manifesting by the end of your sessions. It could be as simple as eating more slowly or as complex as being more patient with your partner.

You’ll work on breathing techniques and discuss fundamentals of sleep and nutrition tendency (or “dosha,” as known in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian holistic health science).

The program also gives you tools to begin creating a deeper practice, if you choose.

The program

  • Personalized and private one-on-one instruction, client and teacher only
  • 4 week course
  • Each weekly session is 60 minutes, at your convenience
  • Course normally held any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
  • Presented in Charlotte Meditation studio
  • $450 Private sessions/ $300 Group Sessions maximum 10 clients
