Meditation

Private Sessions can be scheduled for any day, at any time. You may schedule on a week-to-week basis or create a standing schedule.

Sessions take place at our Meditation Centers in Charlotte or Matthews or at your work place. Minimum space is required.
Individual Sessions
Our instructors support you on a personal journey of exploring the mindful health sessions cultivate keen awareness, allowing you to break through limiting mental barriers and patterns so that you may understand and address specific issues and challenges. Corporate Sessions
Classes include an introduction to meditation and instruction, Laughter Yoga, Food and Nutrition followed by a group meditation, lecture and class discussion. Our meditation instruction provides employees with a scientifically proven tool for enhancing their creative thinking, focus, problem solving and ability to conquer analytical challenges at work.
