Fundamentals of the Less Stress & Anxiety Guided Meditation Series:

This group meditation series is designed to help you empower your meditations. Are you new to meditation? NO PROBLEM! This series is for beginners and advanced meditators – all are welcome!  

The absolute key is consistency. This program will teach you how you can keep up a meditation practice. Like everything, by doing it over and over, you can create new habits. And, when done in a group setting, you’ll meet other like-minded people and catch the energy of being in a supportive community.

This program series is designed to help you establish more peace in your life during the stressful times that take place either pre or post the holiday season, as well as enable you to create an understanding of how to create a lifelong meditation practice.

In this series, Guru Ranjit will provide you with the program objectives and participation guidelines so that you will receive the maximum benefit from the program.
