The Program Outline

  • Each weekly session is 45- 60 minutes

  • Reduced price of $295 per person for 4 weeks (based on minimum 8 participants in a group)
  • Available: Monday- Friday 8am to 6pm EST


Charlotte Meditation’s Mindfulness seminars are 45 to 60-minute interactive workshops designed to educate your employees on the benefits of meditation to build a mindfulness practice.

The program is suitable for companies/ businesses facing challenges around building a cohesive team or needing to enhance a stress-free workplace.

Mindfulness practices will empower your staff to make choices about how they would like to engage and respond, which can transform the relationships within the workplace.

The sessions are highly interactive and non-confrontational with mindfulness exercises and tips for real-life situations.

Sessions are offered in four steps:

  1. Breathing techniques to rejuvenate and reduce stress and anxiety
  2. Meditation instruction to help build a practice you can do on your own
  3. Food and nutrition recommendations for increased health and wellness
  4. Mindfulness practices at work and in your personal life
