Mindful Meditation One-Hour Class


Meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness meditation works. The tools and the experience you gain will empower you to meditate for the rest of your life.

We will work on breathing techniques, discuss fundamentals of sleep and nutrition based on your personality tendency (or “dosha,” as known in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian holistic health science).
